Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and while we strive to be flexible, we also need to ensure fairness in reserving our rentals and guided sessions. Please review our cancellation policies below. 🌿 Guided Forest & Nature Therapy Sessions – Cancellation Policy For guided sessions, our cancellation policy is as follows: ✅ More than 7 days before the session → No charge except for preparation fees for any work already completed. ✅ Less than 7 days before the session → 50% of the guide session fee + full preparation fee will be charged. ❌ Same-day cancellations/no-shows → Full session fee will be charged. Weather Policy: Sessions are held rain or shine, so cancellations due to rain by the participant will result in a voucher for a future session or event. If we cancel due to severe weather conditions (e.g., lightning storms, extreme winds, or unsafe conditions), you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
