All applicants will be interviewed and selected based on their dedication to connecting their communities to Nature:

Community Involvement and/or Skill Sharing
Show how you have been actively engaged in your community- and how you can bring more Nature to these communities. If you have skills of your own to share- like how to forage, wilderness skills, energy work, do share with us in the application:

What is your relationship with Nature like? Share with us how you've connected with Nature and how you intende to share the same awareness and appreciation with others.
Scholarships:
We are still seeking funding to make scholarships available to Retreat participants. While we are collecting donations and sponsorships, we strongly encourage you to seek funding in other sources. Here are some ideas:

GoFundMe:

Set up your own GoFundMe and create a video explaining to your community how to sponsor you. I've done a similar thing for my birthday. Click on this video to see an example of how Summer asked for funding.
Organization Sponsor:

Are you a member of a not-for-profit organization that could sponsor you in attending our Retreats? You could share with them this list why they should sponsor you.
Vocational Rehabiltation:

Some VR counselors support this if you are able to show how this retreat will support your career. Use this letter to show your VR.
Other Fundraising Tips:

There are other ways to collect funding- host a bake sale, car wash, garage sales. Be creative! We appreciate your effort and hard work!
