Wild Cypress Rentals & Guided Sessions – Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and while we strive to be flexible, we also need to ensure fairness in reserving our rentals and guided sessions. Please review our cancellation policies below.

🌿 Guided Forest & Nature Therapy Sessions – Cancellation Policy

For guided sessions, our cancellation policy is as follows:

✅ More than 7 days before the session → No charge except for preparation fees for any work already completed.
✅ Less than 7 days before the session → 50% of the guide session fee + full preparation fee will be charged.
❌ Same-day cancellations/no-shows → Full session fee will be charged.

Weather Policy:

Sessions are held rain or shine, so cancellations due to rain by the participant will result in a voucher for a future session.
If we cancel due to severe weather conditions (e.g., lightning storms, extreme winds, or unsafe conditions), you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

🚐 Rental Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your stay, we offer the following refund policy:

✅ More than 14 days before check-in → Full refund of the rental fee
✅ Between 14 and 7 days before check-in → 50% refund of the rental fee
❌ Less than 7 days before check-in → No refunds

How to Cancel:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

Severe Weather Exceptions:

If a major weather event (hurricane, tornado, flooding, etc.) prevents safe travel, you may reschedule your booking/rental.

Nature Retreat Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of planning and securing resources for this Nature Retreat, the following cancellation and refund policy applies:

Full Refund: Participants who cancel their registration 30 days or more before the retreat start date will receive a full refund of their registration fee, minus processing fees.
Partial Refund: Participants who cancel their registration between 30 days and 15 days before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund of their registration fee, minus processing fees.
No Refund: Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the retreat start date, or for participants who do not show up for the retreat.

Additional Considerations:

Refunds will be processed within 30 days from time of request.
This policy applies to all cancellations, regardless of the reason.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or public health emergencies, the organizers may need to cancel the retreat. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee, minus processing fees.
If the retreat is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will have the option to transfer their registration to the new date or receive a full refund of their registration fee, minus processing fees.
Participants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations or changes to their travel plans.
