Cancellation Policy
🚐 Rental Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your stay, we offer the following refund policy: ✅ More than 14 days before check-in → Full refund of the rental fee ✅ Between 14 and 7 days before check-in → 50% refund of the rental fee ❌ Less than 7 days before check-in → No refunds How to Cancel: Cancellations for rentals must be submitted in writing via email. Severe Weather Exceptions: If a major weather event (hurricane, tornado, flooding, etc.) prevents safe travel, you may reschedule or receive a gift certificate /voucher for future stays.
