About the Event
Observe the wilderness at sunset in a quiet private wildlife sanctuary. Anhingas, Bald Eagles, Blue Herons, and various kinds of wading birds can be seen here. You may see some swamp critters like alligators or snakes if it is warm enough. You will learn more about the edible plants of this place and take home some sweet Satsuma oranges.
We do a Forest Bathing experience walk starting at 4:30pm and end with a tea ceremony and bonfire at sunset.
Camping is allowed, with additional fee and by request. Please email if you are interested.
