Event Description: A 2-hour sunrise experience at Wildflower Meadows combining ANFT Forest Therapy invitations with Quiet Parks International soundwalk principles. Moving through the early morning shift from night's quiet to the dawn chorus, participants will slow down, explore sensory listening horizons, and connect deeply with the land through silence, guided invitations, and shared reflection.
